We offer One on One Personal Training Sessions and Group Training options for those that enjoy the motivation of training in a group.

Every client that starts with us is individually assessed and have their training program written accordingly.

Our full assessment includes:

  • Postural Screening
  • Range of Motion Muscle Testing
  • Movement Pattern Analysis
  • Core Function and Strength
  • Weight, Bodyfat and Hydration measurements
