Today I will share 2 really good recipes that I found and use on a regular basis. The first is a super simple way to have chips minus the potato – subbing pumpkin or sweet potato instead. I do cook mine for a lot longer than the video says – I like them crunchy : ) the second is a coconut and nut snack bar – use raw nuts that you have soaked overnight.
