So why the hell am I doing this?


Ok so, I have been thinking about this blog and why I need to continue with it.

Here is what I came up with!

My goal as a coach, trainer, writer and blogger is share with my reader’s advice, motivation and to educate them – help them make better decisions that create positive changes in their lives. I am passionate about helping people perform at their best – but people have to be willing to do the work. I have always believed that most people can achieve almost anything they set their minds to – but again they have to be willing to do the work!

What is my message – Elevation! Raising the bar – pushing yourself to the next level – not being content or afraid of failure. Failure doesn’t mean the end! It might be game over but there is always tomorrow, next week or next season.

You are most probably reading this at a computer, computers rely on electricity – how many attempts did it take Thomas Edison before he discovered electricity? You might be drinking a coffee (hopefully it’s a good one) how long has it taken the barista to master the art of make good coffee?

As a society we wouldn’t be where we are today if when someone failed they just gave up!

Don’t put the cue in the rack – persistence, determination and purpose are your virtues.

It’s really quite simple if at first you don’t succeed – try again!!!

Health, Wellness, fitness and performance are all topics that are heavily written about – some information is really good – and some isn’t worth the paper it’s written on (or the hard drive it’s saved on). I believe 100% in everything I write and post on this website.

There are Key Foundations of Health and Performance (I like to call them steps) that must be in place if we want to be our best! They are:

  • The way you THINK
  • How you MOVE
  • How you FUEL yourself
  • Being PRODUCTIVE
  • Allowing yourself time to RELAX & REPAIR

Helping you is why I do this – but you also need to help yourself!
