Stress List


Life goes in waves – one day you’re cruising the next you are flat out and stressed. Flat out and stressed is how i feel – right now. I have so much to do in so little time. Christmas is just over a week away everyone else seems to be winding down – I mustn’t of got that memo – cause over here all systems are go!!! (well except for my car – which isn’t!!!)

When your feeling under the pump – many of us think about all the work we have to do – this worries us and manifests in the form of stress. Instead of stressing about all the work that needs to be done – try being proactive write a list of all the things that need to be done – and start doing them.

By taking 5 to 10 mins to list everything down – you then know what needs to be done and can tick them off as you complete them. Lists are just another way of being organised – this allows you to also focus on the important tasks – the ones that cause you the most stress – and systematically work throught them.
