Quite a few years ago now I was involved in running fitness boot camps -during this time I worked with a lot of guys who had formal military training. Some of these guys were so full on it was a bit scary letting them loose on the public!! In saying that, all of these guys shared common strengths – they were organised and motivated. I remember talking to one of these guys one day when he introduced me to the 6 P’s.
Now maybe it only needs to be five P ‘s – but hey if you have read my blog before you know I enjoy occasionally using colourful language.
So what are the 6 P’s?

Having a plan is so critical! Without one you have no direction and don’t know where you’re going or what to do next. Which brings me to another great saying “Failing to plan is planning to fail!”
Failure can be avoided – but you have to do the work and you have to own it. (I will explain what I mean by “owning it” soon)
